Receiving a purchase, you get source files and a copy of the Pre-logo License Agreement. Receiving a purchase you are acquiring ownership of Logo but not of third-party products are linked to the purchase. Third-party products are obligated to use only in specific terms described by their providers.
As the user of our Service, you are granted to get support on your issues, complain about the content quality, make your suggestions for service work and etc. For our part, we guarantee that all your questions will be resolved honestly and in the shortest possible time.
Our products may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pre-logo. We has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We are not responsible for any currency conversion operations that occurred during your payment process that may cause any difference between the amount deducted from your account and the price on our Website. We have no control over the process and cannot change the default currency.
The price of Pre-logo products does not include taxes in their cost (e.g. VAT). Also, you are responsible for any other fees and taxes related to your activities regardless of your location (e.g. withholding tax).
First of all thank you for shopping at Pre-logo. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product you’ve purchased, please contact us and describe the refund reason. Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you about our decision. Usually, we can’t make a refund because all our products are digital. But we are responsible for the quality of our products and provide a refund if you’re not satisfied with it.
